Whether you’ve decided to remodel your home or are still in the process of researching, TR Design Build has assembled this step-by-step guide of how our process works.
We’re committed to keeping our clients informed and involved at each step throughout the remodeling process and although certain aspects can vary depending on the size and scale of your project, the steps listed are a guide of how our process works.
Schedule A Consultation
If you’re interested in exploring a home remodeling project, reach out to us in whichever way is most convenient: email us, call us, fill out our contact form, or connect with us through our social media pages.
Initial Phone Consultation
A project specialist will reach out to schedule the initial phone call where we can learn a little more about you, hear about your project goals, and schedule the preliminary assessment.
In-Home Assessment
After the initial phone call, an email will be sent confirming an assessment appointment so we can learn more about your home and how your project vision will work with your current living arrangement.
Design & Planning
During the assessment, we will take a much deeper dive into your project specifics, obtain an itemized project scope, and take measurements and photos to help generate a detailed preliminary estimate. We’ll take the time to learn and understand your goals, constraints, budget, and timeline so we can maximize the value we provide.
Written Estimate
After the initial assessment, TR Design Build will create a detailed written estimate. You can expect to receive your estimate roughly 2-7 business days after your initial assessment.
Material Sourcing
Once the estimate is accepted, TR Design Build will begin to source all materials we are responsible for and will also pull permits as needed.
Project Start
We can assist you with your material choices and would be more than happy to handle the delivery of your materials at no extra charge! Additionally, even though we are not interior designers, we can assist with the layout and design of your project if necessary.
Throughout Construction
Please note that during the entire remodel, we encourage you to frequently communicate with your project manager. They will update you daily on your project status and will be your go-to source for all your questions/concerns.
