We had a great experience finishing our basement with Total Restore. After our initial conversation, they were quick to come to our house and create a plan for us. The app they use to update you and communicate is really user friendly. Any time we had any questions, they got back to us right away! We had the best experience with Total Restore! We had new quartz countertops installed as well as backsplash, and the entire process was so easy. Our new kitchen is so beautiful! The team is very professional and quick to respond and answer questions, and the people who came to our home to do the installations were so kind and friendly. The stone and tile vendors that Total Restore uses are also great to work with, they have lots of options and are very helpful and professional as well! I especially liked the Buildertrend portal TR uses, it is so easy to log in and access all contact info, messages, product selections, and photos. Payments are also super easy! Overall, I would definitely use Total Restore again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to update/remodel their home!

I was referred to Total Restore by the neighbor that my daughter nannies for. She had mentioned to the neighbor that we needed some work done at our home. The neighbor lady recommended Total Restore. Total Restore had put a bathroom in her basement as well as a bar. She was so impressed with their professionalism, fair pricing, quality of work and cleanliness.I called and talked to Enau. Told him what jobs I needed done. He graciously said that that was not what type of work they usually do. Yet he still tried to help me. He asked the crew at their morning meeting the next day, if they knew of someone to help me. They did not.Enau emailed me the next day with the answer. He was so professional with his correspondence. His concern was evident. I was pleasantly surprised.Even though I did not use Total Restore, I truly feel they were very professional, genuine , and caring.I have since found a handyman to help me with my projects. I am so grateful that Enau was straight up with me. It is a great feeling to know caring companies like this one still exist. If In the future I have a larger home project I will definitely call Total Restore to do the work.

Wow! If you’re looking for a reliable, responsive, professional contractor then look no further! We hired Total Restore to do a complete kitchen renovation for us. They took our kitchen down to the studs and made my vision come to life, and I am in love! And it only took them about a month and a half to complete the entire project. I was so impressed with their professionalism and quality of work that the team produced. From the time the team came out to give me a quote through when my project started the communication was seamless. Enea did a fabulous job walking me through what was needed from me and next steps. Anytime I had an answer or needed something my email or call was responded too quickly and clearly. That’s not the case with most contractors. The team on-site during the project was also so courteous and worked their tails off, producing quality work. If you’re contemplating hiring these guys, do yourself a favor and just go for it! So extremely happy with hiring them. In fact, we plan to have them back to complete additional work on our home.

I waited a bit to settle in and get a feel for my new room. The remodel of my basement was very well done. I am in the customer service industry and deal with many business on a weekly basis. Total Restore is the best that I have ever dealt with by far. Enea, Martin, and Manny were incredibly helpful throughout the process of my project. They were patient, professional, and honest. They also respond to your calls or emails within 24 hours which seem to be a struggle for most contractors. They would be my go to for any work like this. Don't bother going anywhere else. This is a great company! From no pressure sales with Enea, to a very professional and experienced work team. You can't find anyone better! Martin and his team tackled my basement mold issue and I soon discovered that they were so polite, caring and a hard working group.All of them worked together so well and efficiently and kept me informed during every step of the project. They were all very punctual, thorough and neat and they never hesitated to answer my many questions as the project progressed. I called Total Restore to get help repairing a possible water damage issue in an area of our dining room. The Total Restore Team was fantastic from start to finish in wasn't exactly a clear cut issue at the start. Communication was fast, responsive, and very professional. They were out within a couple of days to take a look and provide an estimate. They walked me through some options and possibilities once taking a look. Once the work started (which was very quickly) they kept me informed every step of the way, kept the area blocked off and clean as possible. They took care of the leak, cleaned everything up in the wall, and the area looks good as new, matching the rest of the room. Honestly, one of the best home service/repair experiences I've had. Will contact them again for future needs.

Total restore did a great job with our bathroom addition and laundry room remodel. Their process could be better streamlined and from my understanding they are currently working on that. Any communication I had with them on the phone or in person was always professional and they ALWAYS responded to my questions or concerns Our project manager Leslie was professional, easy to get a hold of and was always responsive to our question and or our needs. The guys who completed the remodel Martin and Ilir and Kyle the electrician showed up and demonstrated great craftsmanship and professionalism. They were truly a joy to work with. I am currently on the schedule to have my main bathroom remodeled with them this spring. They did an absolutely great job you will not be disappointed if you chose them.

Somewhat difficult to communicate with. Everything is done on-line. Selection process of all items for installation falls onto the home owner with little direction from Total Restore. Be prepared to do your own homework, pricing and shopping. Overall satisfied with outcome of remodel.
